Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of HR management experience and a strong understanding of HR best practices and principles. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career and make a significant impact within a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to support professional development and performance improvement.
  6. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and recommend changes or updates as needed to maintain compliance.
  8. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, personnel data, and HR reports, and ensure confidentiality and data security.
  9. Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify HR needs and priorities and develop strategies to address them effectively.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management, and proactively recommend improvements and enhancements to HR programs and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
